What forms of payment do you accept? We take Mastercard, Visa and Discover, and will accept both credit and debit cards.  Approved dealers are welcome to apply to set up an account with 30 days net terms.  

Are all the heads and bases of the product line interchangeable? Essentially yes - if you own any product with the exception of the COMPACT lens shade you can customize your device with any of the accesories from our range.

Finding it difficult to pop the segmented arm apart or put it back together? There is a bit of a technique to this and we've made a few instructional videos to assist - click here to see the video for the 3/4" line and here to see how to reassemble the COMPACT lens shade.  The arms are extremely robust (we've had two returns over 12 years and neither were due to arm failure) and have been tested under extreme conditions.  The payoff for that high quality reliability is that they require a bit of force to lengthen or shorten.  The key is to line the male segment up squarely with the female and push down.  If the pieces really are sticking, a small amount of silicon or similar lubricant will help.  We're never met one that's beaten us yet - once you get the hang of it you'll be popping them apart with ease!

Having issues with a valid credit card being declined?  We've been experiencing some issues with European credit cards being declined and are investigating this with our merchant.  If you're having this issue please email info@dinkumsystems.com and we will offer alternative payment options via PayPal.
