Welcoming our new National Sales Manager

Last year, the owners of Dinkum Systems undertook a rigorous interview process to find the perfect person to be our "road warrior" US-based National Sales Manager in 2014.  With an incredible year of growth and expansion ahead, we knew we had to get the right person for the job.  It was an arduous, months-long process, with close to 7,000 miles spent driving.  We hit the East and West Coasts, crossed deserts, mountains and everything in between.  While there was only ever one candidate, and he was essentially behind the wheel the entire time as he familiarized himself with his rather expansive sales field, everything else in the above statement is all true!  

As we officially welcome David Ball to the Dinkum Systems family in 2014, the maps below showing the roads already traveled plus a snap of Dave and our Chief of Ops Andi Lucas from the first day of that lengthy and never-boring "interview" process might give you some idea of how we like to do business.  Not sure if Dave will get a convertible as the sales car this year but we're sure he's hopeful...
